YOGA
“Brek’s thoughtful and creative teaching takes you away for a wonderful hour making it hard to return.”
“Really accessible classes for all ranges of ability or experience, with time to ask questions or clarify positioning.
A real treat and bonus to my week and my yoga practise. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
“We just had a glorious hour outdoors with Brek by the river. A circle had been mown in the meadow. We took it calmly. At one with nature. Breathing in the smell of the grass as we held positions for longer than usual and allowed our bodies to relax into the stretches. Brek was her usual gracious and graceful, energetic and enigmatic self. Thoroughly recommend.”
